Meet the team
Mark
Owner
I’m Mark, the shop owner who rides e‑bikes every day thanks to a dodgy ticker and a love for gravity. If it doesn’t have Hayes Dominion brakes or a Podium fork, it’s not making the cut. I basically live in the workshop, riding, fixing, and talking bikes all day — wouldn’t change a thing
Vincenzo
Mechanic & Sales
I’m Vincenzo Mento. I am a 37‑year‑old Italian‑born cyclist powered by espresso, dust, and highly questionable race decisions. I’ve spent more than 20 years chasing speed on two wheels, bouncing between cross‑country races and endless gravel adventures. Most of my weekends are spent pinning on a race number or getting lost on roads that definitely looked shorter on the map.
Brad
Mechanic & Sales
I'm Brad Jones. I grew up riding and racing the trails around Cairns and have spent most of my life chasing speed on downhill and enduro bikes. These days you'll find me in the workshop helping riders get the most out of their bikes. When I'm not turning spanners, I'm helping riders build strength, skills, and confidence both on and off the bike.
Kara
Sales
I’m Kara, I’m 15, and the youngest enduro‑and‑downhill addict you’ll ever meet. I ride fast, crash hard, and collect broken bones like souvenirs. Good thing my dad works at the hospital — he’s basically my personal pit crew.
Darcey
Sales
I’m Darcy, 14, the team’s youngest shredder and also the closest to the ground. Enduro and downhill are my thing, especially when the trails get wild. I also specialise in sending my dad’s e‑bike to an early gravel.
Jai
Sales
My name’s Jai, I’m 17, and I’ve held the shop’s go‑kart crown for two years straight. I live for downhill riding and anything that involves speed, noise, or adrenaline. I’ve been working here for two and a half years, which officially makes me the youngest veteran on the team.
Finn
Sales
I’m an 18‑year‑old road cyclist and cross country racer. I am trading my home roads for the Italian tarmac as I kick off my pro career. I live for big climbs, smooth pacelines, and sprinting for town signs like they’re World Tour finishes. I also beat Vincenzo so often he’s started calling me “il problema”, but tradition is tradition.
